Tsulasar Mount is located in the Shirak region of Armenia, in the border zone of Lori and Shirak regions, in the Shirak Mountains, 3 km south of the village of Kakavasar. Height 2555 m . It is the highest point of the Shirak ridge. The slopes of the mountain are steep and rich in Alpine meadows. The left tributary of the Chichkhan River originates from the western slopes of Tsulasar.
