Tsakhats Qar Monastery Religious Structure 6-7 km from Artabuynk village in Vayots Dzor Province. There is historical information on the construction of the church in the work of the historian Asoghik. The church was built in the 10th century. The stone was a medieval educational institution, where they studied painting and it has to do with the choice of the name of the stone with the name of the flower. The church was built in the Bagratid kingdom in 984-1029; in management. There are two more churches nearby with earlier dating. Main Church of St. Karapet Church. The main church was renovated in 2013.

The complex consists of two groups of buildings located about 200 meters apart. The West Group buildings are made of rough basalt and arranged in a single row to the east. The main church of this group is a dome-shaped, four-cornered dome with a small cathedral. To the south is a pillar, and to the west a long vestibule with arched tombs in the longitudinal walls. To the south of the monument is a small arched church. All the buildings were enclosed by a fence. According to Stepanos Taronetsi, the monument was built in the 10th century by Abbas Bagratuni.
