Tesilq Mountain is located in the Tavush region, near the village of Gandzakar. The mountain is one of the branches of the Miapor mountain range, well expressed in the city of Ijevan. Locals call it Mount Budur. On the slope and top of the mountain, there remained the ruins of the Budur fortress and the Tesilq cave is located on the eastern side. At the top there is a large cross and a beautiful view of the mountain ranges of Ijevan, Miapor and the city of Gandzakar (which locals call half-joking Volgograd because of its length). The height of the mountain is 1372 meters.
