This agreement is composed to regulate the relationships between Hatis Tour (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) and the event organized or being implemented by the latest, the campaign participant (hereinafter referred to as the Participant).
1. The organizer obliged:
1.1 To provide all the services mentioned in the given event.
1.2 To take any action to eliminate the threat to the life and health of the participants.
1.3 To reduce the route or cancel the trip on the spot due to weather conditions, group readiness or other circumstances.
2. The participant obliged:
2.1 To Fulfill all instructions of the supervisor (as well as accompanying personal) both written and oral, follow instructions, keep disciplinary and safety rules: The Organizer is not responsible for any damage caused by deviation from the instructions of the manager.
2.2 To Keep the rules of behavior towards each other, do not shout, argue, be rude, reprimand each other during the campaign. In case of dispute Inform the manager or accompanying personal immediately.
2.3 To Take care of the environment, do not dump garbage, do not cut down trees.
2.4To read carefully the description of the route on the site, measure the level of difficulty, taking into account the physical preparedness:
In case of getting acquainted with the details or not being determined, the participant can call and get advice from specialists.
2.5 Before registering for the event, campaign, tour, inform the organizer, the manager, about medical contraindications, congenital, acquired, chronic diseases, complaints, fractures and in case of any health disorder. The participant makes a substantive decision whether to participate in the event, campaign, tour or not. The participant is solely responsible for the existence of any of the above contraindications, disease or other risks and their consequences.
2.6 To attend an event or campaign in a sober state; It is strictly forbidden to attend the event under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use alcohol only during the campaign with the permission of the leader.
2.7 The participant is obliged to inform the organizer about the registration for the planned event, campaign, or after that the cancellation of the registration at least three days before the day of the campaign, otherwise the amount paid by the participant is not refundable.
2.8 To make no claims to Hatis Tour, as well as other organizations cooperating with the latest, instructors, organizers, affiliates, as well as not to claim compensation for damages (including material damage), compensation for expenses related to treatment, rehabilitation, disability or death.
2.9 In case of cold, dizziness, nausea, suffocation, sunburn or other health problems, inform the manager or accompanying personal immediately.
2.10 To take the necessary items and clothing with you in advance, and in case of forgetting or in case of urgent need, inform the manager or accompanying personal.
3. Safety and discipline rules
3.1 Participants during the campaign should not be ahead of the group leader and should not lag behind of the last accompanying personal, and if the campaign continues in a row with the instructions of the group leader they should not be out of the row.
It is forbidden to climb rocks, to run through gorges and other dangerous places, to light a fire without the permission of the leader (accompanying personal).
3.2 It is forbidden to swim in mountain rivers and lakes without informing the manager (also the accompanying personal).
3.3 If for some reason you fall behind the group, fall behind the last accompanying personal, not orienting in space, do not try to reach the group on your own, stay in the same place (in that case the accompanying personal or the leader will more easily get you to the group).
3.4 Carry money, documents, or other valuables with you during transportation (also during camping trips). In case of loss, the Organizer is not responsible for lost items.
3.5 Photographs taken by the organization or its representative, accompanying personal during accompanying personals, campaigns, tours organized by the organization are the property of the organization. If you do not wish to be photographed during an event, campaign or tour or you are opposed to being photographed in groups or individually, you can inform the organizer or one of the accompanying personals in advance of the event, campaign, tour.
4. Force majeure situations (Impact of insurmountable force)
The parties shall be released from liability for non-fulfillment of the obligations in full or in part under this Agreement if it was the result of a force majeure that arose after the signing of the agreement, which the parties could not have foreseen or prevented. Such situations are earthquake, flood, fire, war, declaring a state of emergency and martial law, political unrest, strikes, cessation of communication, acts of state bodies, bad weather conditions, health of one of the members of the group, etc., which make impossible the fulfillment of the obligations under this Agreement, and which derive from the norms and rules of ensuring the safety and health of his\her and other participants. In this case, the organizer has the right to stop the event, the campaign and not to demand a refund.
I assure you that I have read and got acquainted with the description and details of the event organized by "Hatis Tour", the existing risks, safety rules and other provisions, I have informed the organizers in advance about the presence or absence of health problems and I agree with them.

Filling in the personal data of the participant and ratification of the participation agreement confirm the agreement with the clauses of this agreement (Reservation is not implemented without ratification).
