Mount Parakatar

Mountains

Parakatar Mountain is located in Vayots Dzor region of Armenia, 5.3 km away from Artavan village. At the foot of the mountain is Lake Artavan (otherwise known as Allich, Map Lake, World Map Lake). The lake is especially beautiful from the middle part of Parakatar Mountain, from where the map of the world can be seen, and from the top it is no longer visible. The height of the mountain is 2528 meters.
