Papaqar mountain range is located in Tavush region of the Republic of Armenia. It stretches from the Debed Valley to the coast of Kur and Khram rivers. The length is 24 km, the average height is 600-1000 m, the erosional residual low-mountain range is composed of limestone, sandstone and gallstones. The slopes are fragmented with no deep valleys. There are many stubble clippers, somewhere, sparse forests and shrubs.
