Mount Sis or Little Ararat is located in the Armenian Highlands, in the Armenian Dance mountain system. The height of the mountain is 3925 meters. First of all, we note that over the past 35 years, our group was the first to climb to the top of Little Ararat with official permission and documents on September 28, 2024. The mountain is located on the right bank of the Araks River. This is one of the peaks of Ararat. It has a volcanic origin and is similar in structure to Ararat (height 5165 meters). The Big and Little Ararat Mountains are separated from each other by an impregnable pass, which is located near the village of Akori, at an altitude of 2727 meters above sea level. The peak is an undulating plain covered with rocks and rocks.
