Miapor Mountain is located on the border of the Gegharkunik and Tavush regions of Armenia, 5 km north of the village of Martuni. The Miapor mountain range extends about 54 km northwest, from the mixing angle of Agstev and Getik to the top of Kashatag in the southeastern part. The highest point of the Miapor mountains ridge is Mount Miapor, which has a height of 2993 m. The western and southern slopes are steep, eastern gentle. Up to 2000 m high is covered with forest. Higher areas are covered by almost alpine meadows. The southwestern part is part of the Dilijan National Park. It has enough water resources.
