Lalvar mountain is located in Lori Province, Armenia. It is the highest peak in the Virahayots Mountains, the height of 2543 meters, 5 km north of Kachachkut village. On the peack, on good weather conditions you can see Georgia. From the southeastern slope of the mountain, 2200m begins the Kachachkut River. The length is 11 km, the catchment basin is 54 km 2.
