Lake Gosh

Hydrography

Lake Gosh is a mountain forest lake in Tavush region of Armenia, 2.2 km southwest of Gosh village. Occurred as a result of landslide processes. The lake surface mirror was 0.008 km long - 100 m wide and 80 m wide. The maximum depth was 8 m, the water volume was 1500 m ³. The data have changed since the lake level was lowered for purification and no new calculations have been made yet. It is fed by springs and precipitation. In summer the water temperature reaches only 14 ° C.
