Elbrus Mount is located in the Caucasus 5642 meters above Sea level - the highest Mountain peak in Russia and Europe at Usovia when the borders between Europe and European Asia are introduced along the Main Caucasian Ridge or to the south (in the last Slavic highest peak of Europe, the Alpine Mountain Mont Blanc is located). Elbrus is included in the special list of the highest peaks of the part of the world "Sam vershin." The meltwater of the glaciers, flowing from its slopes, feeds some of them from the largest rivers of the North Caucasus: the Kuban, Malka and Baksan. For a short period of time, the transport and rescue infrastructure of Olbrus and the areas sheltered by it are very popular in recreational, sports, tourist and mountaineering terms. On the saddle of Olbrus (5416 m), separating its Eastern (5621 meters) and Western (5642 meters) peaks, there is the highest mountain shelter of the Caucasus.
