Climbing Mount Urts

On Sunday, March 23, together with Hatis Tour we will go to the Ararat region, to the Urts mountain. The Urts mountain range is located in the south of the Ararat region. It borders on the Ararat Valley from the southeast. This is the watershed between the tributaries Vedi Shaghap, Aratso and Araks. The highest is the Urts peak in the eastern part - 2445 m. We will also visit the monastery of Hovhannes Karapet, built in the 12-13 centuries.
Participants must have: backpack, mountain climbing boots, hiking poles, warm mountain uniform, jacket, hat (summer, winter), gloves, sunscreen cream, lamp, raincoat, sunglasses, one-day food and water
