Yerevan - Thessaloniki - Getting to know the City
As with other tours, this time we will also spend most of the first day on the road. After two flights, we will reach the Greek city of Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece and the capital of Northern Greece. It is located on the shores of Thermaikos Bay and has a rich history, culture and economy. The city is named after Thessalonica, the sister of Alexander the Great. Having settled in the hotel, having arranged our things, we will begin to explore the city. These days we will see the white tower, the symbol of the city, the Roman Forum in Thessaloniki, the Hagia Sophia, we'll take a walk around Aristotle Square and so on. We will finish the day of culture with dinner at one of the restaurants in the city center.

2 days are planned for the climb of Mount Olympus. Although the height of the mountain is 2918 meters, it should be taken into account that the relative height is about 2400 meters. On the first day, we will head to the Agapitos camp, which is located at an altitude of 2100 meters and is the base camp for the ascent. After spending the night in the camp accommodation on the first day, we will wake up early the next morning and start the ascent to the home of the Olympian gods, the highest peak of Mount Olympus, Mytikas. We assure you, after the ascent you will have unforgettable memories and impressions that will remain in your mind for a long time. After the ascent, we will descend to the base camp, have lunch, descend and head to the seaside hotel.

To make the tour complete, all we need to do is fill these days with historical sites, see the capital of Ancient Macedonia, the birthplace of Alexander the Great, Pella, Multicultural monuments and archaeological finds. We will also visit the Archaeological Museum in Thessaloniki, where valuable finds from the ancient history of Macedonia are kept. After all this, it remains for us to finish our vacation on the Greek beach.
